Health Check to provide blood tests at low cost. Please call for appt time. We shall have free cholestrol and BMI screening. Information about Bio-identicals, Immunizations, Medication Consultation, Jobst Stocking Consultant and much more.

Plus, we will be giving away prizes......So come and join us from 9a-4p.

SUPPORT GROUP
